1、蒸汽锅炉供汽前，应进行暖管。目的是使管道、阀门、各附蒸汽锅炉件的温度缓慢上升，不可骤热，避免由于管道或阀门因温差过大，产生应力而造成损坏。

2、暖管时，应打开分汽缸疏水器的旁通阀，逐渐开启蒸汽主阀，使蒸汽预热母管后再进入分汽缸，进行暖缸。

3、当母管和分汽缸内凝结水排除后，关闭疏水器旁通阀，观察锅炉压力表与分汽缸上压力表指示压力是否相等，然后全部打开主汽阀及分汽缸的分支送汽阀向系统供汽。

4、送汽过程中应观察水位计水位，注意补水并维持炉内汽压。
